Maintenance Tech- Rental and New Construction Properties Looking for a skilled individual with construction experience to assist in a variety of tasks related to the punch out and turnover of rental properties and new construction properties throughout the Seacoast of NH, primarily in Dover and Rochester. General Job Responsibilities: -Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician/subcontractor including but not limited to drywall repair, paint touch up, doors, windows, locks, building fixtures, appliance repairs -Have a basic knowledge of mechanical systems, and be able to identify issues and assist in scheduling technicians to address -Turnover units for new move-ins -Construction clean-up -Basic repairs of structures and components such as showers, sinks, appliances, cabinets, walls and exteriors Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years construction experience. Plumbing, Electric and HVAC experience a plus. Looking for an individual with good time management skills and the ability to self manage. May be opportunity for growth in future managing and maintaining of rental properties. Full-Time/Part-Time Hourly pay based on experience- $20-$30/hour Please reply with resume & cover letter.
