Hardwood Floor Refinishing

I have a hardwood floor that needs refinished. The baseboards are already removed. Need sanding, stain and two coats of poly. I haven't measured the space yet, but I estimate around 700 square feet. There is a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Stain and poly will be supplied. You supply tools and other materials. Respond with availability and approximate cost.
