We are seeking a Warehouse lead who will bring new ideas, be a good problem solver and enjoy working in a growing company. The Warehouse Lead provides logistical support to the warehouse by effectively leading teams and managing workload within a deadline. The Job: Moving equipment and/or materials in a shop environment using material handling equipment. Ability to operate industrial vehicles and equipment, including forklift, scissor lift, stand up lift, etc. Lead the process of loading and unloading designated trucks. Transport items to and from designated areas. Effectively work leading a team to complete job within deadline. Ability to successfully pull multiple orders simultaneously. Willingness to work overtime, when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. The Person: High school diploma or GED 3+ years of Warehouse Lead experience Forklift certification and/or ability to obtain employer certification is required. Any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job Construction background helpful, but not necessary Exhibit industry experience helpful Reliable transportation
