Our project work includes patios, retaining walls, drainage, lighting, planting, and water feature work. Our maintenance work includes cutting grass, mulching, pruning, and weeding. We are willing to train the right candidates that have a good attitude and enjoy the diversity of not doing the same thing day in, day out, year after year. We offer a clear path to advancement, competitive pay, paid training, and continuing education. Anyone joining the team is required to participate in Greenius, an online training platform for landscape professionals. We supply and require all the appropriate PPE to ensure everyone works as safely as possible. “Home Safe, Everyone, Everyday”. We plan our work week on a (4) 10-hour day schedule so if it rains one day Monday through Thursday we will work Friday and you still have a two day weekend. Overtime is offered and sometimes a Saturday may be required. Compensation: $14.00-$20.00/ hr. depending on the level of experience.
