TDS is currently offering a Hiring Bonus of up to $8,000* for the following position: Field Service Technician II $4,000 for all mechanics* $8,000 for mechanics with verifiable waste experience* (*exclusions apply - please contact HR for details) The Field Service Technician IV diagnoses and repairs company assets, completes repair order documentation and assists other maintenance personnel when required. This position trains and mentors other Field Service Technicians and directs their work. At least seven years of industrial and heavy equipment maintenance experience or a technical degree and at least five years of experience, or military service in a related field Verbal and written communication skills in English Must possess own tools or be willing to buy them Ability to perform computer-required repairs High school diploma or its equivalent ASE Certifications in Diesel Automotive John Deer training certificates Caterpillar training certificates Case training certifications Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) certified Valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Valid Class C Texas driver’s license Must provide a Moving Vehicle Report (MVR) showing at least 5 years of clean driving record *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
