LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — The Nordstrom Rack at the Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville has reopened, the clothing company announced. It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. "Your health and the health of our employees are our priorities. More than anything, we want you to feel safe and comfortable when you're shopping with us," Nordstrom said on its website. "We're making updates to our stores and the way we serve you to create a store environment that's safe for everyone." Nordstrom closed all its stores in March due to the coronavirus outbreak and, last month, announced that 16 stores would be closed permanently. The company said the closures are a result of both the coronavirus, and market trends pushing more shoppers online. According to Nordstrom, more than half of their sales now come through their website.
