Lost/Abandoned cat

This poor girl appeared on our property one day. She may be lost, but considering we are in the country, we believe she was dumped out here. She is very sweet. She let's us pet her and pick her up. She seems to like people. We would keep her, but we already have too many animals, and we simply cannot take in another one. She appears to have some sort of injury or problem with her breathing. (It sounds like she's snoring most of the time.) She is eating and drinking with no problems, but she will need to see a vet. If you recognize this cat or have the ability to take her in, please contact me so we can possibly get her to a good home.
