Starting Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 and up based on experience 1st Shift Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:45pm 2nd/3rd Shift Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-3:15am Experience: Two years' experience in a material handling position. Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent contact with others. Job requires prolonged sitting, standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching. Responsibilities/ Principal Duties: Receive and inventory all incoming shipments. Verify & document all parts; enter into MRP system. Stock all incoming materials in their proper locations. Prep components to customer specifications. Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventories of material. Package final assembled product for shipment. Pre-Kit parts for SMT scheduled assemblies. Load SMT feeders, as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Interpersonal Skills: Takes responsibility for the quality of one’s individual work Demonstrates accuracy and neatness in their work Cooperative and dependable, highly motivated and trustworthy Respects and works effectively with fellow team members Will notify team leader if team is not following quality processes Will present new ideas and improvements to Team Leader This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
