Workers needed for fence building and some welding, cedar and metal fencing. Start pay is $15.00 hr. Everything determines pay rate, speed, experience, attitude, consistency, punctuality, professional conduct around customers etc... Ability to weld with fuxcore helps and welding with stick is even better. Possible bonuses on every job completed on time or early and by "completed" I mean I don't have to go back multiple times to fix or correct things. It's a good job if you like working outside and being proud of your work. I can train so no experience necessary but must be prepared to work. It is 1099 for now. I would like to build a crew of 2 or 3 that work well together. I provide water and gatorade and sometimes lunch.
