Benefits and Features: Company Match 401k Furniture award to employees at 3 and 5 years of employment Paid time off Fresh fruit and vegetables in the lunchroom at all times for employees Duties and Responsibilities: This position requires that you work in both the Production and Mill Departments Wood Production Worker: Building wood furniture from start to finish Loading and off loading wood from saws Marking Defects Sorting wood on pallets by size and color grading Sanding Spraying finish Cross training in all areas Mill Worker: 10x1 ft boards will run along the roller machines after being cut from logs Guide the boards (physical work) down the rollers and place them in appropriate location General work station clean up of machinery and floors required Requirements and Qualifications: Prior experience is preferred Ability to lift, push and pull throughout the day Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 6am - 4:30pm Six hours of voluntary overtime available each week. Wage: $15.00 to start Duration: Temp to Hire
