POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: Provide basic janitorial services including general cleaning and factory and office support Shift Time: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Providing a clean safe environment for employees to work • Collecting and disposing of trash and waste materials • Clean restrooms, employee break rooms and re-stock all supplies • Sweep, mop and vacuum all floors and carpets throughout the building • General cleaning of buildings inside and outside including floors, walls, windows, light fixtures, and ceilings • Move furniture and equipment as needed ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, demeanor, and teamwork with customers, peers and management • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws • May include additional responsibilities assigned by manager related to your position or department • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours based on business need SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS • Interacts with all levels throughout organization including factory employees, supervisors, and managers as well as outside vendors and contractors. Must have ability to communicate in English with those interacting with. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
