SAN RAFAEL, CA — All lanes on northbound U.S. Highway 101 are open following a collision involving multiple vehicles near the central San Rafael off-ramp Friday morning, the California Highway Patrol said. One minor injury was reported, and all lanes of the highway were open again around 10 a.m. The 9:06 a.m. collisions initially blocked the three right lanes of the highway, and at least one vehicle reportedly overturned. A Sig-alert was issued at 9:17 a.m. at northbound Highway 101 at Lucky Drive where four lanes were blocked, the CHP said.
