All of the materials have already been purchased. We just need a handyman and an electric saw/tools. $150 flat rate. The bathroom floor is about 35 square feet. I got some of that snap together fake wood from the Repurpose project. We also bought some vinyl and have the glue already, etc. The old ceramic cracked floor has already been removed, so all you have to do is install the floor. Maybe we will also add a small bathroom vanity cabinet if we can pick one up cheap somewhere. The current vanity is falling apart. I'd also like to install a smokeless bonfire pit.
