Instructional Coaching 101 is a two-day practice-based training that equips school leaders with foundational coaching skills. Over the course of TLI's two-day Instructional Coaching 101 training, leaders will: Develop efficient classroom observation skillsCraft narrow, high-leverage action stepsPlan and execute instructional coaching conversationsDuring the training leaders practice new techniques and receive immediate feedback about how to strengthen their coaching skills. Registration details: Preferred method of payment is a PO. Please refer to the confirmation email after registration for payment details. To register multiple participants from your school or district, please select "I want to get tickets as a member organization" and then "Create your organization". (You must be logged in or create an account in order to create your organization.) Use the name of your school or district as your organization name. You will be able to enter each participant's name separately during check-out. Please be aware that your ticket reserves a spot for this training. Reservations are nonrefundable.
