Since new moons happen once a month and signify the beginning of a cycle, you can think of them as a cosmic reset. The new moon is ideal for setting intentions and goals that you'll develop as the moon waxes toward fullness. Connecting to these lunar energies can provide grounding and a sense of direction. Everything around us is energy, including Reiki and crystals. Reiki is an amazingly simple but powerful form of spiritual healing practice. The practitioner channels Reiki—universal life force energy—which is in and around every living being. Crystals have natural energy of their own as well. They help bring everything to balance and speed the body's natural healing ability. When crystal healing is combined with Reiki, it is like hitting the healing overdrive switch! Join Ryan Wimperis, Reiki Master, as he leads you on a meditative journey where you can activate your crown and third eye chakras to clear the mind. Enabling you to make space for cultivating abundance with the integration of Reiki+crystals+moon energies. Ryan Wimperis, the owner/operator at Amethyst Healing, is a Registered Sleep Technologist, Reiki Master & Certified Sound Healer. With fifteen years of working in sleep medicine, Ryan has integrated eastern & western medicine to help others find balance in their lives. He does this by holding space that facilitates relaxation, promoting relief from stress, decreasing anxiety and depression while improving sleep quality. 6:00-6:30 pm- Check-in+settle in (You may bring your crystals and something to write with to set intentions. Doors will open early to settle in and set any intentions.) 6:30-7:30 pm- Meditation journey Please note: Yoga mats are limited, blankets and eye masks are provided. You will want to dress comfortably or bring anything else you need to have a comfortable experience. Restrooms, onsite & street parking area available. Masks are not required but optional.
