Learn to make pie crust from scratch just like your grandma used to do. Take home a baked double crust fruit filled pie & wow your family!
With Easter dinner coming soon, you can impress your family with a homemade pie for dessert.
Chef Gina will share her technique and recipe for making pie crust from scratch. Those in attendance will learn how to mix, roll out and assemble a double crust fruit pie. Choose your fruit filling and either create designs in a flat top crust or design a lattice top.
The canned fruit fillings are from Seaquist Orchards in Door County. (Cherry, Apple, Cherry-Raspberry, or Peach flavors.) While the pies are baking, we will work as a team to clean up.
The cost is $35 per person. Each will make and take home a 9" pie, the recipes and a whole lot of memories!
