Hey there. We are looking for someone to do light maintenance, repairs, remodeling on our Melbourne Beach home. I'd like to hire someone to work 4-5 days in a row about once a month. What all needs to be done? <> We have a T-111 shed that needs some repairs. <> We have some large windows that need to be trimmed out. <> We have some cedar siding that needs to be replaced with hardie lap siding <> Front entryway deck needs to be leveled and some joists replaced <> Garage interior needs primer/paint <> Interior trim needs replaced And more... We had a handyman that we worked with for many years. We gave him 20-30 days work a year. Unfortunately, he is no longer with us. We pay cash, we are fair to work for.
