Don't miss MidTown’s Flow and Grow: MidTown Neighborhood Community event for a relaxing yoga session and seminar on community tree planting! To celebrate this year's Arbor Day, MTC will host Flow and Grow: MidTown Neighborhood Community Tree Planting and Celebration on April 30th from 12-4 p.m. at the Dunham Tavern. The event will feature local food as well as a yoga session from instructor Shelli Reeves. AJ and The Confirmation Band will also perform!
