We'll dive into how to build a business that is truly scalable, because you have a team (inhouse, or outsourced) that starts handling many of the day to day tasks of your business. The strategies provided in this workship will help owners learn how to break down larger activities into distinct tasks and the 4 stages at which they can delegate. We'll lay out a simple formula for how to master the art of delegation. Implementing this framework will solve operational issues, but more importantly, will set the foundation for a scaleable company.
