A Spanish wine and food pairing class

But in the past few decades, producers have begun to turn the tide toward more sustainable, thoughtfully crafted wines, going back to old ways of making wine. This is the New Spain. In this class with sommelier and Dedalus Director of Education Brittany Galbraith, you’ll learn about why Spain’s reputation went downhill, how tradition is being resurrected, and taste from our favorite producers leading the charge.
