Looking for carpenters helper

I am looking for a good helper to work along side me on projects. You must have the following experience. I am not saying experience as in one time doing the item I am looking for time in the industry in the field. You must be able to work alone as well. No drugs or drunks No fakes No drama You must have transportation, tools, and quality skill set. If you say you can do something be able to do it. Skill set I am looking for. Trim, Tile, decks, Repair work, windows, siding, Painting, floors, Kitchen and Bath, able to install hardware, Power washing, Framing, Demo, Drywall & Finish, and other things electrical and plumbing is a plus. I am also looking for a detailed quality cleaner. If you can work only 2 to 3 days a week I am good with that. Need the following: Phone # Name Skills Availability
