Description Summary -Performs building janitorial services; maintains and keeps orderly all equipment; properly documents and ensures all work completed -Supervises, trains and has direct accountability for designated team of cleaning staff -Provide expertise and recommendations to Michael’s team on an as needed basis -Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; lifting, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, kneeling, etc. Essential Functions -Receives and properly implements instructions for cleaning requirements of designated areas and manages team effectively and efficiently -Documents supply usage and communicates supply orders as needed -Properly documents work performed as well as communicating any related issues to direct report -Communicates on a daily basis with direct report -Conduct all work in accordance with client’s company procedures, including safety, door lock, time and attendance and uniform policy -Manages, monitors and assesses performance of cleaning staff employees -Performs all work safely and in accordance with OSHA and Michael’s Janitorial & Floor Service standards -Works inside commercial buildings and conducts oneself in a professional manner -Must comply with set forth uniform and personal protective equipment requirements Equal opportunity employer.
