ACF Rochester's Chef of the Year (COTY) Award Dinner honoring COTY Sarah Kelsey of the Genesee Valley Club.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring appetizer stations provided by Country Club of Rochester, Monroe Community College Hospitality Program and Foodlink Culinary Education Program, followed by a lively program with local celebrity Paul Guglielmo as emcee and featuring an elegant dinner designed by Chef de Cuisine Michael Macri, former Exec. Chef at GVC , wine pulls and 50/50 raffle. Interspersed throughout will be presentations of ACF Rochester (ACFR) awards: ACFR Chairmen's Award, Purveyor of the Year Award, Culinarian of the Year. the evening ends with the presentation of the COTY Trophy to Chef Sarah Kelsey and her COTY donation to Foodlink.
