The Mermaid Inn is opening a new concept; Mermaid Mexicana on Macdougal Street in Greenwich Village. This project will be the sister restaurant to our very busy, Mermaid Oyster Bar just steps away on what is becoming one of NYC's most exciting blocks to eat and drink on. We are hiring talented servers to lead the opening at this soon to be hot spot. We will bring our signature Mermaid hospitality to the space and due to our recognition on the block, we anticipate it to be very busy right from the open date. We know that loved restaurants are great because of the amazing people that work in them.
