musician looking for a live/work space

Hey, I’m Michaela. I’m a 30 year old who makes ambient / electronic music. I have been on the search for a live/ work space for quite some time now. It seems rather difficult to find a permanent place to make music in without spending a fortune or sharing a studio with 4 other people. I would like access to something 24/7 as that’s about what it takes to finish an album. I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas out there. I can open up my budget to about $1400 - and I haven’t really been able to find any one bedrooms or studios at that price that would work for music - especially because most buildings are quiet. Maybe I’m asking too much, maybe not. Anyone out there?
