UPDATE 8PM: unfortunately the news is bad. She got him to the vet who declared him dead. RIP little guy.

UPDATE 7PM: I got him out of the tree around 3.30 pm and brought him home. After three hours of blasting hot air at him, there was still no movement nor signs of breathing. A respondent from Craigslist already came by, she tells me she has about 17 reptiles at home and she was able to determine that he was a Bearded Dragon and a boy but no signs of movement, no breathing, his gums didn't look like the normal pink color (she said). She has taken him away and is taking Uber to an emergency vet right now. Thank you for the quick reaction and responses. Very heartening to see! If I get good news back, I'll let you know.
He's in the hands of the Gods right now!.....
I'll leave this post up, in case anyone sees it who is the owner and is trying to trace their pet.

ORIGINAL POST: 3.00pm
I just came back from a walk in Rainey Park with my dog and we saw this lizard (approx 1 foot long, head to tail) up a tree.
Exact location was the MIDDLE entrance into the park on Vernon Boulevard (opposite the Kraus company building). As you walk in, it's the first tree non your left, next to the path. He's about 8 feet above the ground.
I don't know anything about reptiles or reptile care. Is this a bearded dragon? Can anyone swoop in and rescue this guy?
He might not make it through the night. From what I'm seeing on internet, their temperature is supposed to stay above 65 degree fahrenheit (18 celsius) and right now the weather outside is probably 32 Fahrenheit (0 celsius).
Any ideas / suggestions, guys??
