Description

Join us for our Spring Native Plant Sale for the Pollinators! Location: the parking lot behind The Pollination Place, 312 N. Main St., Phoenix. With 5 vendors, we will have plenty of native plants to choose from! We are pleased to welcome Klamath Siskiyou Native Seeds, Jackson County Master Gardeners, and Klamath Native Plant Nursery as returning vendors, along with Pollinator Project Rogue Valley. And we are very happy to announce a new vendor - Dry Earth Nursery! A preliminary list of the plants from each of the vendors will be posted here by April 24th. Please review these lists, research and identify those plants that best fit your landscaping needs, and pre-select the ones you wish to purchase. We are anticipating a crowd, and the vendors will be busy! For the first time, we do NOT plan to take advance registrations for this sale! We anticipate that the first hour will be VERY crowded, and please note that parking is limited! Here's one way to help manage the crowd to make it a more relaxed experience for everyone. If you are planning to show up early, come between 10am and 11am if your last name begins with A - M. Arrive between 11am and noon if your last name begins with N - Z. Just a thought! * Not all vendors take credit cards. If paying in cash, small bills are always appreciated. * Plants will be labeled and organized on tables by botanical name, by vendor. * If possible, please bring boxes, bins, baskets, or other containers to carry your plants. * Pollinator Project Rogue Valley will have merchandise for sale (native plant books, bumble bee books, yard signs) and donations are always appreciated! * Restroom facilities will not be available. * Helpful volunteers will be available to help with plant selection and to load out large purchases. Parking is limited! We will post a map of parking areas in the area - be prepared to walk a block or two. Vehicles may be able to access the sale area for pick up after purchase, but bringing a cart to transport your purchases back to your car could be a good idea.
