Your time is the most important resource you have. You don't want to waste it at some $15/hr job that doesn't respect you or your time. You need to work at a place where you, your family, and your time will be respected. Where you will have a real opportunity to grow and be treated as a partner. You're going to have the opportunity to fulfill residential cleaning jobs around the St. Louis and St. Charles area. You'll be able to share your schedule with our team and then you'll have the opportunity to choose cleaning jobs you would like to take on our online portal. You'll keep 50% of all the revenue for jobs you've completed, along with 100% of all tips received. You will be a subcontractor and will have the freedom to do other cleaning work outside of your partnership with our company. This opportunity is for you if you: - Have at least 1 year of experience doing residential cleaning - Value reliability and friendly customer service - Have a reliable vehicle and smartphone - Have all necessary cleaning supplies including mop/Swiffer and vacuum - Are fully insured and licensed You will be paid out weekly and you will not need to work nights or weekends.
