CREW FORMAN POSITION *Do you have experience landscaping? *Are you a handyman? *Have you managed a crew? *If you have done any of these, apply for our job! *We are searching for an autonomous, responsible, self-starter to be our CREW FOREMAN to help us manage our customer accounts and employees. *This person will be responsible for overseeing our Summer Services which include our landscaping, sweeping, pressure washing, lot line painting, and handyman services. *The Crew Foreman's responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of our existing customer accounts, monitoring and training the workers by working alongside, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing various administrative duties. *We are looking for someone with leadership skills, who is not afraid of hard work, and who has previous people management. *To be successful as the Crew Foreman, you should be able to both follow and provide instructions, be a problem-solver, and possess communication skills with employees and management. CREW FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES: *Scheduling weekly and daily work. *Overseeing that our contracts are fulfilled and all duties/schedules are taken care of. *Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment. *Assessing progress and making recommendations. *Keeping track of billable hours and resources. *Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times. *Completing inventory checks and equipment inspections. *Providing cost, material, equipment, and time estimates if needed. *Recruiting and training new crew members. *There might be other duties that come up that are not listed that you will take care of. CREW FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS: **High school diploma **Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping. **Previous experience in any segment of our business. **Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous. **Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions. **Be a quick learner. **Good driving record.
