It is that time once again. All mushrooms all the time. Chef Keith Wilson will create a four course menu featuring mushrooms in every bite. Come enjoy a meal created to feature how mushrooms can by used in so many ways. From a spice rub to flavoring a stock. Mushrooms are so much more than a pizza topping that no one can agree on. Experience a unique meal served in the very room they where the mushrooms were harvested. Chef Keith uses his years of restaurant experience to prepare dishes that are classic and familiar but with ingredients that are not always expected. Chat with Dunk about foraging and cultivating fungus and ask the chef any cooking questions you may have on your mind.
