(Day Shift) Janitor – Working Day Supervisor – Office Cleaning (South Bend, IN) We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor – Day Cleaning (Full-Time Position). The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning as the need arises. This is an office cleaning environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, removing trash, and other cleaning tasks required by the Manager. Along with the responsibility to supervise the day services from other employees. Location: 3520 Westmoor St. South Bend, IN-46628 Responsibilities: -Supervising to the day employees -Close communication with the Account Manager -Perform general cleanup of all areas as directed. -Manage the daily routine. -Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders. -Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests. -Ensure the Janitor rooms is maintained and fully equipped. IMPORTANT: Candidates must pass the CSI background, including Drug Test. Qualifications: -Janitorial experience - significant, but not necessary. -Day Position -Willingness to work starting at 8:0 am. to 4:30 pm (Full-time position) Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends as needed. -Ability to work well under minimal supervision -Capacity to take directions from her Manager -Strong attention to detail -Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds, as necessary.
