Construction Superintendent and Maintenance Specialist looking for work to fill out my schedule this season. Proficient in framing, trim work, siding and fences. Drywall installation and repair, wood paneling, stonework and concrete. Many years of experience painting inside and out including doors and trim. Tile, flooring, cabinets, light fixtures and hardware installed with efficiency. I also perform yard work, tree falling, dirt moving and excavation. Plus pressure washing, gutter and window cleaning.
