Hello, looking for skilled labor to do the following work. I have a budget I need to work within and require a few simple things from anyone bidding on the work: 1) Honest and trustworthy, do what you say. 2) Have the skills(or willing to learn) and tools required to do the job right and on time. Looking for someone organized. I don't think this is too much to ask but only you know if it's true. The job consists of removing popcorn ceiling and painting, interior painting of walls and trim in a couple bedrooms, covering the old square tile ceiling in a small galley kitchen with drywall, and laying about 250sq/ft of solid wood floor, which will be glued down over vinyl floor and slab. Experience or creativity needed in the area of where the wood meets a curved trim. Needs either a beveling or another solution. Open to ideas.
