Faith and Community Leaders in Action for the Wellness of Montanans The Department of Public Health and Human Services recently launched the Office of Faith and Community Based Services. During this summit, faith and community leaders will: Learn why this new office was created and how it can be in service to local faith and community organizationsShare data and resources to support faith and community organizations as they support Montanans in many dimensions of health (spiritual, financial, emotional, physical, social, occupational, environmental, intellectual)Share with state officials about the local needs and current efforts in your communityNetwork with others across the state to learn about programs, projects and initiatives happening across MontanaThrough this interactive event, local faith and community leaders will have the opportunity to learn from each other, share ideas, and network with others across the state doing similar work to promote the health and wellness of Montanans. Lunch will be provided.
