I’m seeking an unfurnished cottage or in-law unit with a full kitchen, washer/dryer onsite and ample storage. Please, no shared rentals. My angelic canine companion, Honey, is a 13-year-old, 20-lb. corgi/chihuahua mix and she is the belle of the ball wherever she goes. I have her 50% of the time. 30+ years of documented on-time, monthly payments and credit score in the mid-800s. I’m a music educator in the Marin County schools and work with disadvantaged students and adults through numerous nonprofits such as Bread & Roses.
