Hi. I am a single mom with a 16yr old boy. I’m on disability with a low income. Just had to leave Patchouge living there for 15years. Landlord moved to Florida. I am looking for a large studio or one bedroom that’s no more then 750.00 a month. We are very clean and quiet and respectful. I can give a wonderful reference if needed. I just can’t afford a lot with all my other bills. Please let me know. Thank you
