Hi. I am a single mom with a 16yr old boy. Lived in patchogue for 17 years and landlord just moved to Florida. I’m on disability with a low income. Anyone know of an apt for me and my son that’s not over 750.00-800.00? I have other bills to pay and because of my low income that’s all I can afford. We are very quiet and respectful and clean. I can get you a really great reference from my old landlord. Thank you
