We will start the event with a one hour yoga class. This class will focus on mediation and relaxation. Get our minds right and our soul relaxed and ready for what's to come for the week. After yoga, enjoy a free smoothie from Crips & Green's while you shop a private shopping experience at LaRose & Co. All Beyond Yoga will be 20% just for you that day!
