Press release from the City of Portland: March 22, 2022 IMPORTANT INFO FOR MOTORISTS: Motorists will not be able to access Walton Street from Stevens Avenue during this project. All homes and businesses located within this section of Walton Street will need to be accessed from Forest Avenue. Work on Stevens Avenue will require lane closures and lane shifts during project working hours. The contractor will keep both lanes of traffic in Stevens Avenue flowing during the project.
