Here are the top three stories today in New Orleans: The Covington Police Department arrested a 28-year-old mother on Saturday on 2nd-degree murder charges for the death of her 6-month-old infant. An investigation began after the baby arrived at an emergency room with severe head trauma. (WGNO New Orleans) NOPD is searching for a missing 10-year-old girl who was last seen climbing out of her bedroom window on Friday. If you have any information on her whereabouts call the First District or Crimestoppers. (WDSU New Orleans) Kenner police are investigating after a man was shot to death on Vouray Drive on Friday night. Police arrived at the scene at 8:50 pm and believe the perpetrator fired shots from a vehicle.
