NEW ORLEANS – The City of New Orleans today announced that it will hold a job fair for anyone interested in working at the Juvenile Justice Intervention Center (JJIC) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 31 at the facility, located at 1100-A Milton Street.
The JJIC is a secure residential facility that serves justice-involved youth and their families by providing education, counseling and case management services. It is an integral component of the City's public safety services aimed at reducing recidivism among young people in New Orleans who have been convicted of a crime.
Applicants can pre-apply for jobs by visiting www.nola.gov/jjic/jobs.
