Join us for food, drinks, and a hobby farming workshop presented by The Heavy! Join us at The Heavy, where each couple will be given their own set of pots with seeds to plant and grow. There will be guided instruction and information about how to have a successful hobby farm in your own yard. We will start by planting seeds in nursery pots and go over how to care for the seeds with instructions on when to repot into something larger or in the ground. We will then go into potting some herbs or florida native edibles in a pot provided by The Heavy, who will answer any gardening questions you may have. Each person will receive a florida edible garden calendar that'll tell them what to plant at what time of year. There will be grazeable food and drinks served in the back for those who'd rather observe; please be mindful of noise levels as there will be a workshop in progress.
