Autumn Calder, AICP, is the Director for Blueprint, the Tallahassee-Leon County Intergovernmental Agency responsible for building projects funded by the local penny sales tax. As the Director, Ms. Calder manages a multidisciplinary staff that plans, designs and constructs infrastructure improvement projects across the community. Ms. Calder is leading the next iteration of the multi-million dollar Blueprint program, which includes 25+ projects located across Tallahassee-Leon County, all delivering on the Blueprint Promise: Preserve, protect, and enhance the community’s quality of life through the implementation of holistic and coordinated planning, transportation, water quality, environmental and green space projects.
Ms. Calder is a Board Member for the Capital Region Urban Land Institute and brings fifteen years of experience in public infrastructure planning and development to her role as Director. A Tallahassee native, she earned a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University.
