Established Apartment Community searching for a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician with HVAC experience to join our team and perform the general day-to-day apartment maintenance duties. Requirements: Experience with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs. HVAC, EPA certification highly preferred. Hours: M-F 8AM-4:30PM, with rotating on call schedule.
