Description

Hello, we are 2 girl looking for a male to have fun with us. In and out of the bedroom. ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' 54 yrs old w/solid knowledge and experience interested in Soul, tasty classic rock, love reggae, ska, blues, non-Cherokee type groove jazz, interested in jamming. Nothing serious initially - just jamming and if we sound good and get along, sure let’s take it to the stage if everyone is on-board. - Pete20+ years playing and I'm young 30s. I have experience in bands and also playing acoustic backing up for talented Female vocalists. I am looking for someone to play for and to challenge me with new music as well.Seeking a drummer and lead guitarist for a band currently forming. We want to do classic rock, rock, metal and 80's covers for now. We want to do originals as well and by next year hopefully record some stuff. Any age welcome. I'm 52, the rythm guitarist is late 40's and the female vocalist is in her mid 20's. We are looking to have FUN and maybe play some gigs here and there. Not looking for musical careers, but if something happens, great. Looking for someone or others to collaborate with to play, write, and record. My interests tend toward acoustic, old rock and roll, new grass, swing. Trying to learn some jazz. Im happy playing in the basement though I’m not opposed to playing out. (No late nights or ear crushing volumes please)Older drummer here with many years experience seeking a group already formed with same outlook and interest as me that is in need of a drummer and a place to rehearse. Looking to get together once a week, have some fun, play some tunes, and enjoy music. No asperations of doing 8 shows a month, touring New England or playing in a bars from 9 -1. Now is the perfect time for singers and musicians of all skill levels to take some lessons in person or from the privacy of your home. Beginners and teens welcome. Did you know that 99% of all vocal coaches and singing teachers are not active performers? Did you know that almost all of them have NO stage experience of any note at all? Did you know that 99.9% of them are jazz/classical singers with no background in singing Rock/Pop/Metal/Country? Learn from a seasoned, actively performing singer without paying 1/3 of our rent for a lesson. I'm looking to start a group to play these genres. I'd like to find people who would be able to rehears in Placitas or nearby, and who could rehearse nearly every week at first. I will play lead guitar. I read sheet music and chord charts and have studied jazz improvisation. I know a lot of covers and jazz tunes. I'd like to find some combination of the following: Drummer, Bass Player, Keyboard player, vocalist, lyricist/songwriter, possibly horn or string player and eventually a manager. We'd be starting with reharsals to get tight and then start playing gigs. I prefer ability to read charts and to memorize tunes. Feel free to reach out.
