Experienced Equipment Mechanic and Equipment Operator We're a small family owned business located in Mulberry, Florida, providing land services to the phosphate industry and local government agencies like Fish & Wildlife and DOT I'm looking for a dependable, mature, individual with a great attitude and the ability to work as part of a team... Someone with integrity, who is honest to the core! (I know you're out there). We work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, 40 to 45 hours. I believe folks should have their down time to spend with friends, family or maybe their four legged buddy. If you want or need to work 60 hours a week, this isn't the place for you. Some days you'll be turning wrenches, other days fabricating some new idea we have for getting a project off the ground and sometimes you'll be operating a farm tractor or maybe one of our mini excavators in the middle of a swamp. I can't promise you the moon but I can pay you above average wages, paid holidays, earned PTO and the last week of the year off to spend your holidays however you see fit! (True story) QUALIFICATIONS Mechanic Experience Farm Tractors, Bush Hogs, Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Hydraulics. I've got a 5,000 square foot shop with the big tools, you'll need to have the basics Equipment Operator Experience Farm Tractors Mowing, Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Airboats, etc., Valid Driver License Required! No DUIs or Major Citations MSHA Certified A++!! (No worries if you don't have it. We pay for the class and your time) Class A CDL $$!! Welding Skills A++!!
