LAKEWOOD, NJ – There were 245 new cases of the coronavirus reported in Ocean County on Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases in the county to 22,492. In Lakewood, there have been 6,932 total positive coronavirus cases, with 219 coronavirus-related deaths. The breakdown of cases in Ocean County by age is as follows: 0-18: 2,630 cases19-44: 9,242 cases45-64: 5,869 cases65-74: 2,004 cases75-84: 1,513 cases85+: 1,189 cases The breakdown of deaths in Ocean County by age is as follows: 19-44: 21 deaths45-64: 149 deaths65-74: 179 deaths75-84: 325 deaths85+: 394 deaths
