CWS invites you to a night at the movies! Please join us for a special screening of Flee, a critically-acclaimed film that centers on Amin's refugee journey from Afghanistan. About this event Join CWS staff, members of our New Neighbors Speakers Bureau, and special guests as we watch and reflect on this beautiful film. Recounted mostly through animation to protect his identity, Amin looks back over his past as a child refugee from Afghanistan as he grapples with a secret he’s kept hidden from his husband for 20 years. You don't want to miss this uniquely personal and yet universal story of displacement and finding home. Doors will open at 5:00 pm with programming beginning at 5:30 pm.
