Join us for a night of celebrations! Delicious food, including an ice cream bar, awesome music, and a night of fun! Bring your friends!!! About this eventYou are cordially invited to Agora Cyber Charter School's 2022 Prom. All High School Students enrolled in Agora are invited and allowed to invite up to 3 guests between the ages of 14 and 21. A separate ticket must be purchased for each student and guest. $75 ticket price is for one person. This year's prom will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Reading on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 6-10pm. Tickets will be $75.00 per person and it includes a full buffet dinner, ice cream station, and beverages. We will have a DJ to provide lots of music and FUN as you dance the night away. TICKET SALES CLOSE ON MAY 16, 2022.. NO EXCEPTIONS! We hope to see you there! FAQsAre there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?Yes, this event is for Agora High School students and attendees between the ages of 14 to 21. All guests must present Photo ID at sign in. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?You will have to provide your own transportation to and from the venue/event. There is ample parking at the venue in the attached parking garage. Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk for validation. Who may I bring into the event?You and up to 3 paid guests that are ages 14 to 21 with Photo ID. Will there be a photographer?No, there will not be a photographer this year. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?Please contact your Family Coach with any questions. What's the refund policy?Tickets are non-refundable. May I purchase a ticket after sales have closed?No. Final numbers will be given to our venue to provide seating and food to all paid guests. Please make sure to purchase your tickets before 5/16/22. No exceptions will be made after this date as we need to have final numbers at that time. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?No. Please provide full correct name of paid student and guests who will be attending as all guests must provide photo identification to enter. We will have a list of all paid guests at sign in. May I leave the event and re-enter?No. Any student or guest that leaves the event for any reason may not re-enter the event. Please make sure you have everything out of your car that you may need for the duration of the prom, as you will not be allowed to re-enter once you leave.
