Description

Join us along the banks of the Clinton River in search of fossils! Search for fossils along the scenic Clinton River while roasting s’mores over a riverside fire. Learn about some local plants and animals while we try to identify the fossils we find. You might even be lucky enough to find a Petoskey stone! For all ages (children under 14 must be accompanied by a paid adult). Participants will meet at the Velodrome. Please arrive on time as program content starts promptly. As a courtesy to wildlife and other participants, please leave your pets at home. Content such as changes/maps will be sent via email leading up to the program. Pre-registration is required.
